Thiess Services a major Australasian Utility Organisation approached The People Group to source a NZ General Manager. The People Group has a strong working knowledge of the Utility Industry in NZ having relationships with Metrowater; Manukau Water, Watercare and the various Auckland Councils.

Solution

Within two weeks from inital briefing due to the urgency of the placement of the position a suitable candidate was sourced and placed. The successful person's background has already added significantly to the operation of the Business in NZ.

Outcome

We have more recently placed another member of the Executive team and all KPI's are now consistently being met.
