Waitakere City Council approached The People Group to provide an Executive Leasee into the HR Analyst position. The Council has worked with The People Group for the past four years in an Organisational Development Consulting capacity.

Solution

Three HR Analysts were forwarded to the Client for consideration and the preferred candidate was selected and offered the position on Christmas Eve.
