Client Need

NZ Steel approached The People Group (TPG) to assist in the implementation of results from the John Robertson and Associates (JRA) climate survey that they had commissioned for all 1800 employees.

Solution

John and his team at JRA set up the survey and followed the process to the point of producing climate survey reports. TPG and JRA made a joint presentation to the senior leadership team of the overall key findings. TPG then picked up the process and conducted action planning sessions with all of the teams that were involved. NZ Steel wanted to ensure that there were concrete actions around some of the key findings to ensure that when the survey was conducted again there would be measurable change. TPG also provided further customisation of the sessions by aligning them to the process that is used within the S.A.B (Strategically Aligned Business) model that was implemented within the business.

Outcome

All of the sessions were conducted with a high level of engagement and ownership by the managers and teams.
