Career Coaching, Outplacement & Redeployment

Offering professional and relevant outplacement services can greatly assist those facing job loss in finding suitable employment elsewhere.

Outplacement services are not necessarily only for those who are facing redundancy and leaving, Outplacement services can assist those staying too, in the form of redeployment.

PeopleCareers service offering includes Career Talent Pathways as well as Transition Coaching Programs for employees that are either seeking to develop and launch their career within the organisation or are exiting the organisation. All career programs are flexible in content and time and are tailored to suit the needs and expectations of each individual. These programs are offered in the form of one-to-one programs that are usually one month to six months in duration.

  • Three month program – (Middle Managers)
  • Four month program – (Senior managers)
  • Six month program – (Directors; Senior Executives)

Talent Management Workshops

Our 'Conducting Effective Career Conversations Workshop' is designed to equip managers with the tools and conversations to lead the Career Development Strategy conversations with their employees.

Our 'Career Planning Workshop' is designed to assist employees within the organisation to know where they can add the best value to the organisation; employees are equipped with knowledge to develop careers internally and organisation's support career development across employment life cycle thereby increasing employee engagement, retention and reduce costs in recruitment.

Typical components:

  • Career Review
  • Resume update - incorporating powerful achievement and profile statements
  • Cover Letters and applications
  • Interview skills and techniques
  • Self-marketing
  • Networking, including working with recruiters and internet
  • Job Search campaign skills, including the hidden job market

The Three to six month programs, inclusive, can also include psychometric assessments, the Decision Styles, Careerview and Future Focus Questionnaire and other assessment Tools.
Independent Financial advisory services are inclusive in the six month program, for all others referrals apply.

  • One month Program – Foundation (Administration / support roles)
  • Two month Program - Professional (Team leaders, Project Managers, IT)
  • Three month program – Versatile Managers (Middle Management)
  • Four month program – Versatile Managers (Senior Managers)
  • Six month program – Premium Executive (Directors; Senior Executives)

Our Workshops

Our workshops are a cost effective way to provide support to groups of staff at similar levels (typically support roles) wanting advice and support regarding the next step in their career. Our workshops provide practical assistance and ensure that your people are actively engaged in the process. Our facilitators are the best in their chosen field of expertise; our workshops are modular-based and cater for up to 10 individuals at a time in a workshop. These workshops will cover topics such as: CV preparation, interview skills, dealing with recruitment agencies, job search campaigns, accepting the offer.
