PeopleTrainers is focused on understanding the needs of its clients' businesses and the behavioural change required to drive greater success.
Research has proven that changes in behaviour require consistent intervention over a period of time. Studies have also shown that individual's can lose up to 87% of skills gained though training within one month if these new skills are not actively applied.
The People Group specialises in constructing and delivering training that promotes self-sustaining behavioural change in competency areas specific to its clients' needs. We ensure that each person is given the support they need to maximise their retention of skills by helping them develop and implement work-based actions using practical tools and techniques.

"The Supervisor/Management course run by The People Group would be one of the more beneficial I have attended in terms of personal development. It has most certainly changed my outlook and the way I approach things. The company as a whole, my employees and myself, have all benefited from me attending this course and I would have no hesitation in recommending the course to others!"
Darren Kirner, Site Manager, Box NZ South Island
"The coaching session working on real issues was very insightful. People really opened up throughout the course of the two days. Leadership styles, coaching were helpful. Liked the breakout sessions. Coaching in mid morning was good."
Patrick, Commercial Director Astra Zeneca, Comments from Leadership Programme (workshop 4)
The People Group was asked at very short notice to put together a refresher leadership training module to complement a session that we had conducted for NIWA earlier in the year. With only a week to plan and prepare, Lynlee Wilson one of TPG's facilitators, conducted a three hour module for twenty four of NIWA's leadership team.
The following unsolicited e-mail was received from Sasha Blair, HR Manager at NIWA, upon completion of the training:
"Just wanted to pop you a note and let you know that yesterday's session was excellent. Feedback has been very positive and some of the participants are already thinking more about what they do.
I also appreciate you pulling this together at such short notice for me.
Superb as always."
Sasha Blair, HR Manager at NIWA
